Strategic sourcing alliances, enable a vertical textile hub that allows, not only a flexible production capacity, but also a complete answer to clients (knitting, weaving, dyeing and finishing, embroidery, printing and cutting & sewing). Thanks to these synergies, Confetil is able to offer the client stability and convenience, as they only need to have a single point of contact for all the garment creation processes.

In compliance with the quality policy demands, Confetil has a well-equipped in-house quality control laboratory, allowing to test fabrics and garments and, guarantee the quality and durability standards established by the most demanding markets.

Confetils’ 2 production units, as well as all protocoled Portuguese partners, are permanently controlled by a team of high qualified quality control experts. Ongoing inspection throughout the entire production process is conducted and, occurs at multiple stages such as: raw material inspection, in-process inspection (cutting, sewing and finishing) and final inspection.

The productive system relies on modern and sophisticated equipment and working tools which allow to meet the most demanding specifications. Using CAD/CAM system for precision and absolute rigor in pattern execution and cutting process, Confetil has 7 automatic spreading tables and 3 state-of-the-art Lectra automatic cutters. All cutting is made in-house according to the desired pattern or design, in order to control quality, efficiency and avoid waste. Cutting unit also has an automatic waste sorting.

In-house sewing process with state-of-the-art equipment allied with a trained, qualified and certified 120 sewers team guarantee flawless garments with extraordinary details and unique finishes.
